Hello again!

Hi again,

Sorry I haven't been around for a while due to work, studying blah blah blah! I have, however, still had time to shop! (Thankfully!) Me and my fiance have finally got our own place together so will be moving in in about 5 weeks time so most of my shopping trips have been for home stuff but hey, the odd bit of skincare and make up is still allowed! :)

The things I have bought recently are skincare items mainly and I am truly loving them! I have always loved Soap and Glory which you can buy at most larger Boots stores, and I recently rediscovered their Righteous Butter (which just happens to smell almost exactly like Christian Dior Cherie perfume - bonus!). I recently bought their Breakfast Scrub which contains:
Golden Sugar scrub particles
      - Natural Organic cupuacu bio scrubs
      - Gentle Oatmeal grains
- Banana, Almond and Honey extracts
- Shea Butter
- Glycerin

No wonder it smells good enough to eat! I used this in the shower the day I bought it, and it made my skin super smooth with just a gentle scrub. I don't know about anyone else but I always used to think the more you worked it into the skin (i.e the harder you scrubbed!) the better the effects will be - wrong! This has a lovely grainy texture, not so much that it is uncomfortable to use, but you literally need to just gently buff it into the skin in circular motions and it sweeps away any dead skin cells and leaves you with silky skin. If you apply the righteous butter after using this your skin looks gorgeous, really smooth and almost dewy! I will also be trying it as a pre-tan exfoliant some time this week as I'm starting to feel really pale, especially now it is going to be June tomorrow!
I also bought another S&G product called Easy Glistening dry oil spray, which is an almond oil based spray. This gives a gorgeous sheen and will (I'm hoping as I haven't tried it yet!) look gorgeous on the legs and decolletage when you're a bit bronzed :)

I did buy one nail polish also which was actually a pleasant surprise! I have been searching for the perfect peachy nude toned nail polish and I came across Revlon Peach Smoothie. I didn't actually put two and two together that this is actually a scented nail polish, until I'd used it and kept getting wafts of sweet peachy smells every now and then! Haha! Just another thing to love about this polish! :)
At the same time as looking for the perfect peach nail polish I have also been looking for a pastel peach shade lipstick too. I found YSL #26 Tender Peach and fell in love, but with a £22 price tag, and a new house to move into in the next 6 weeks, I think I'm going to need to find a good dupe until I can ask for it as a pressie! If anyone knows of any pastel peach creamy lipsticks with a more justifiable price then please let me know!

Hope everyone is ok and enjoying the warmer weather,

See you again soon :)
